A couple updates for you:
1. We have opened an online school clothing store. https://ecolewascanaplains.itemorder.com/sale It will remain open until October 25th and then the clothing will be delivered in approximately 4-5 weeks. New items include a sweatshirt, hat, toque and jogger pants.
2. We have a new neighbour - Great Clips. This new business made contact with us after reading an article in June about overcrowding at our school and offered to make a donation as a supportive neighbour. If you follow us on Twitter you will have seen that a cheque for $1250 was presented to students on Friday. They will continue to give back a percentage of Wascana Plains student business in the future. The money was used to renew and add many more RAZ-Kids online reading subscriptions for all students in grades 1-3 (English program 1-3, French program 3 and 4).
