Snow Biz!

Dear Parents,

As we flip the calendar over to December it reminds us that we are getting closer to this year’s Winter Concert. The title of this year’s performance is ‘Snow Biz’. It is a frosty musical revue that is sure to warm our hearts as we get ready to celebrate the holiday season. There’s no business like “snow” business! Just ask Weatherman Storm Watch, The Zamboni Brothers, Professor Snow-It-All, and the whole cast of Ecole Wascana Plains K-8.

In order to accommodate our community we've decided to hold the performance at a venue that is large enough to welcome everyone. Living Hope located at 3900 Arcola Avenue offers us the space that is needed to house our whole school population, and families. Mark your calendar for Tuesday December 19th, dress rehearsal performance at 1:30 and evening performance at 7:00pm. Parents and families are welcome to either performance at a cost of $2 per person; children under 4 are free. This cost is to help off-set the rental of Living Hope.

The SCC will be holding a silent auction of various donated items. If you have something that you wish to donate please contact the school.

The following is a list of the class costumes that the students will need for this event. Please feel free to contact your child’s teacher if you have any questions:
