1.  Clothing Sale - As of the 19th you can order school clothing using CashOnline.  We are selling the same products as last year with the help of Silverscreen. We will have a sizing kit in house for the 23rd (Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences) if you would like to verify how much your children have grown!  Clothing will remain on sale until November 30th and delivery will be in January.

2.  If you have not yet confirmed your conference time please do so soon.  If you are unavailable on the 23rd please contact your teacher directly (firstname.lastname@rbe.sk.ca) to request a different day or time.  We look forward to having you come for a visit!

Please use the front entrance as that is the only door that can be unlocked. We ask that you help us keep our school clean by removing your footwear after entering, but seeing that we do not have room for everyone's shoes at the front door, please walk them to your child's bootroom.  You then have the option of exiting via that bootroom.  (Perhaps check the lost & found while in the bootroom too!)  You are also encouraged to visit the office if you need assistance with Parent Portal or CashOnline.

3.  SAVE THE DATE!  We will be performing Christmas in Candy Cane Lane, a holiday musical, on December 18th at 7:00 at Living Hope Alliance Church on Arcola.  We hope to add a dress rehearsal at 1:15 but this will be weather dependent as we will only walk over if it is warm enough.

Synopsis:  "Candy Cane Lane is a-buzz with festive holiday preparations with candy canes and lights, wreaths and holly ... why, even the evergreens are sprucin' up. But there is trouble brewing! Which candy cane colour is better, red or green!?! Better call out the Colour Guard to save the season!"  (long.mcquade.com)

4.  We have added several new students to our family in the past few weeks - now at 588 students in total!  You can feel the increase in population at drop-off and pick-up times.  Please be mindful of the crosswalks and no-stopping or no-parking zones as these have been signed for the students' safety.  Park on side streets, further south on Chuka or north on Green Brooks Way and have your child meet you there.  Everyone is busy and we all know it is cold but parking or stopping in non-designated areas is risky for our young bisons.

Stay warm tonight!
