Ecole Wascana Plains invites you to attend the

Blanket Exercise

This event is for adults only and is part of the SCC's parent engagement monthly sessions.  

Wascana Plains is looking for lunchroom supervisors. You would be responsible for a group of 25-30 students from 11:45 to 12:45 (first 45 minutes in a classroom and 15 minutes outside) and will be paid approximately $22 per day. If interested please send an email to wascana.plains@rbe.sk.ca.  

Advantages to Being on Time to School

The Wascana Plains School Community Council plan to host Parent Education Evenings on the first Thursday of the month at our school from 7 pm to 9 pm starting in February. We hope to cover a variety of topics to support and empower families within our community and would invite expert speakers to help facilitate this. We would appreciate any ideas on topics that you would like to have covered. Please e-mail wascanaplains@rbe.sk.ca with your suggestions.

Would you like a day off from making lunch?  The lunch will be on December 18, 2019 and supplied by Boston Pizza, Acre 21.  To order head to www.healthyhunger.ca and either create an account or simply log into your account.  Once you are logged into Healthy Hunger you are able to order lunch and pay for it.  If you normally go home for lunch, you are more than welcome to order and stay for lunch.  Please remember you must order 5 days prior to the lunch, by December 13, 2019.  There will be no late orders accepted, so please order ASAP.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Lisa Kress 306-737-7080 or lisaswhite@hotmail.com.
